Honor 10 devices have both bootloaders locked and custom recovery is needed to be flashed to unlock the bootloaders. Get familiar with your device by doing the following: Check the Information Menu on your device. On your device, you should see an information menu icon on the main home screen. This is basically a screen where you can check and see all the information you need to know about the device. For instance, you can see the model number, model name, firmware version etc.
Get familiar with the actions available to you on the Information Menu screen of your Huawei device.
